Why the Hatchery exists

The new capability is not simply to use AI.

It is to turn possibility into work worth putting your name on.

AI now lets people without traditional software-engineering backgrounds create applications, simulations, assistants, workflows, visualizations, and multimedia experiences with remarkable speed.

The gap: fast generation is not the same as useful, trustworthy, sustainable work.

The Hatchery is designed as a learning environment and a project studio where students close that gap through context, scoping, prototyping, feedback, testing, and iteration.
